The Triskele, or also this one a Celtic symbol is in the form of three regular legs arranged in an equilateral triangle or, the Triskel ("three-legged"), more generally open spirals.
Generally gets this symbol, for which historical examples find themselves in the Irish Newgrange, for example, the heathen triad symbolism assigned. The original is meanings of the Triskel spirals only little about confessed. It is frequently suspected as in the case of most spiral forms that they stand for the way of the life (sun symbol).
