This whiskey has been lovingly crafted from a variety of unmalted grains. Carefully distilled twice, the grain brandy is stored in earthenware for at least 2 years. This allows the fire to develop and gives it a special mildness. The four-year maturation period, in untreated and toasted as well as in carefully selected Chardonney and Pinot Gris casks, give this whiskey its special fullness of aroma.

Colour: Due to the long storage in the various oak barrels, this Black Forest Whiskey develops its noble amber shine!

Taste: Balanced oak aroma, the nose initially shows light toast aromas and vanilla with fruit and then develops a subtle roasted aroma. The Höllberg Black Forest Whiskey presents itself as silky soft with power and intensity. A brilliant harmony on the palate that lingers and lingers for a long time.
