The salt-glazed technique is an old handicraft, which in the 13th and 14th centuries. Century has its beginning. After a multi-day firing process, the salt-glazed ceramic is produced at a firing temperature between 1300 ° C and 1350 ° C. The resulting steam combines with the black-red glowing clay to form a silicate, the so-called salt-glazed ceramic is created.
