Viking ax blade modeled on the ax from Jutland / Mammen from the tenth century from Jutland.
The original ax had silver wire inserts, a bird, limb animals, and other decorations.
It dates from the 10th century and is now in the National Museum in Copenhagen. The ax is a grave find.
It was placed in the grave of a Viking during the reign of Harald Blauzahns (Old Norse "Haraldr blátǫnn") around 970 AD.
